– You have one of the most-envied bodies in the world, even at the age of 50. How do you keep in shape?
I try to live an active wholesome life and I keep things simple. After dropping my boys at school, I might go paddle boarding, running or swimming. On holidays, I sometimes swim laps with my stepdaughters, run with them on the beach or play tennis. Sport is important to us all as it releases endorphins and keeps our bodies strong. I prefer sport to “working out” because I find it fun and I mix it up –everyday something different. I just try to move my body for 45 minutes a day, doing something I enjoy.
– Is there a “magic” routine you swear by?
